The Tazewell County Legion Riders are made up of American Legion, Sons of American Legion, and Auxiliary members, we come together over our love of freedom, strong sense of patriotic duty, support of our American troops, (past, present and future), as well a love of motorcycling. We are a Central Illinois Chapter of the American Legion Riders and proud to be a part of the current, 106,000 American Legion Riders that meet in over a thousand chapters in every domestic department and in at least three foreign countries.
We are proud and honored to be among the American Legion Riders chapters that are well known for their charitable work, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local children's hospitals, schools, veteran’s homes, severely wounded service members and scholarships. Since 2006, Riders nationwide have participated in the Legion Legacy Run, to annually raise money for the Legacy Scholarship Fund, established to provide scholarships to children of U.S. military personnel killed since Sept. 11, 2001.
Anyone in the Tri-County area of Central Illinois who is currently member of the American Legion, and is a motorcycle rider is eligible to join the Tazewell County American Legion Riders. Please be sure to explore our website to learn more about the Tazewell County American Legion Riders and how you can become a part of us.
